Web1st Porthill Scout Group's Pages of Remembrance Outside the Church is the War Memorial dedicated to all the men of the Parish who died in World War 1. It was erected, in 1919 (see below). The Memorial was moved from its original position when the roundabout was built at the top of Porthill Bank in 1953.
