The only things really missing are Pinnacle Station which sucked and is easily modded back in if you're desperate for it. The legendary edition is worth it because it makes a lot of QOL improvements to the first game which is understandably quite dated given that its 14 years old at this point. It was janky even when it came out in 2007 so the updated version on the LE is strongly recommended.
