WebSuper Mario 3D Land was much more enjoyable to me. 3D World was a blast to play through, it had so much more diversity in it's levels and challenge. 3D Land was good too, but 3D World is just so much better in almost every regard. I like Land better because the stereoscopic 3D helped me in estimating my jumps.
